Circle D Farm Summer Day Camp Information:

2008 Camp dates: June 16, 2008 – August 8, 2008

Rates:
Single Camper $230.00
Family Plan:
(For families sending two or more children to camp during the same week)
1st child $230.00
Each Add’l Child $200.00
July 4th WEEK RATES –NO CAMP Friday July 4th
Single Camper $210.00
Family Plan:
1st child $210.00
Each Add’l Child $180.00

Tuition:
Minimum enrollment is two consecutive weeks. Campers can also register for any additional weeks during the season. Tuition includes all costs of transportation, cookout lunch on Thursday, milk at lunch everyday and all summer day camp activities. Camp tuition in the past has been considered day care Fed. I.D. # 52-1143442

Payments:
All campers registered to attend summer day camp during our 2008 season must have their first week of tuition paid by June 1, 2008 to guarantee a spot. Checks are made payable to Circle D Farm Summer Day Camp. Cash and checks are acceptable methods of payment.

A one-time registration fee of $25.00 is required with each camper’s application. The $25 fee acts as a deposit and is in addition to the $230 per week tuition fee.
The $25 registration fee covers the cost of a camp t-shirt, which each camper receives on the first day they attend camp and administrative tasks. The registration fee is not refundable after June 1st. All camper registrations at Circle D Farm must be approved by the Camp Director. Transportation:
Circle D Camp provides bus transportation for its campers and the fee is included in the tuition cost. Transportation service is provided to nearby parts of Carroll County and most of Howard Country. Camp buses have stops in Sykesville, Mt. Airy, Ellicott City and all of the Columbia area. Circle D is flexible, but time and bus sizes do not allow for door to door service, so we must utilize nearby pick up points, such as schools. A pick up schedule will be mailed when registration is received –if work location is a factor, place a note with the work address included with registration form.
If a camper is not going to attend camp on a particular day, we request you notify the camp office. This will eliminate our having to bother you later
