You won’t be surprised with hidden fees for corking or cake cutting, it’s all included. We also can recommend vendors to ease your search or find that one special thing you need to make your day complete. Our in-house event coordinator will guide you and your vendors to make the event run seamless.

Meadowview Banquet Room

The Meadowview Banquet Room is the perfect venue for gatherings ranging from 100 to 250 guests. Vaulted ceilings create an open and elevated space, allowing for a spacious and grand event. Natural light flows in from multiple windows, including floor-length country views. A large balcony is accessible by guests during the event and is the perfect backdrop for wedding photos. Get a cozier and diverse gallery by posing in front of the large fireplace with the entire family. Because the Meadowview Banquet Room is a neutral space, it can be transformed into a formal attire space or you can create an elegant event with a few personal touches.


Our Lounge is the perfect fit for those who want a celebration that is more intimate and cozy. With seating for about 100 guests at wooden tables that dress up with linens and chairs give that country feel that you grew up with. A long bar allows for your guests to watch the dance floor and not miss anything. The fireplace gives that feel like you’re almost at home in your grandparents’  living room.

All Outdoor

For those who have their hearts set on all outdoor setting, Circle D Farm can offer this space as well. A 40 x 60 pavilion provides shelter from the elements. A tent can be rented to provide additional coverage. The picnic tables for seating will offer that country feeling. However, if you prefer, tables, chairs, and even a dance floor can be rented to make the event more formal. Ask about all of your options, including catering and bar options, when planning for an all outside celebration.

What’s included with the reception venue

Since all of the catering is done in-house, be creative in the food and beverage options. Sorry, no outside catering or alcohol is allowed to be brought in. We are happy to allow for outside vendors or family to provide all the other services you need. From music, either a band or a DJ, to photography and lighting, or flowers and DIY decorating projects, feel free to provide these services.

Circle D Farm includes most of your needs when planning a celebration, from tables and chairs, linens, to plates as well as flatware. All of the setup and clean-up is included. No need in looking for finding a company to hire staff, Circle D Farm includes all the people that are behind the scenes to make your event or party run smoothly, including the bartenders
